Return Policy

At Jocapa Products LLC, we make every effort to meet our customers' needs. You may return unopened merchandise that is in saleable condition within 21 days of purchase (shipping costs excluded). Please be sure to include an invoice or packing slip. We will provide a full refund upon receipt of your product.

If your return is due to a product defect or our error, we will refund your shipping costs.
